Welcome to Windemere Homeowners Association
Windemere Homeowners Association is dedicated to keeping our neighborhood a clean, safe place for families of all sizes.
Designed in the 1970s by developer J. Alan Davis, Windemere Garden Townhomes is a planned unit development in the northwest part of Arlington, Texas. The last of the 96 homes in Windemere were completed in the 1980s. Built on the zero-lot line concept, Windemere was developed to create an unobtrusive blend of condo and townhouse for an unencumbered life style, yet with conventional housing individuality. This concept appeals to many regardless of age or life style. Whether you want to travel without worry about the safety and care of your home, or if you enjoy week-end living seven days a week, Windemere’s distinctively different environment appeals to most.
Each house maintains complete separation and privacy. Atriums and garden areas provide aesthetically pleasing indoor/outdoor environments. Private garden space inside security walls are landscaped any way the homeowner chooses. Rear entry, two-car garages provide space to remove cars from the streets. Parking lots are also provided. Much loved by their owners, these garden townhomes have been carefully maintained.
Outside the brick walls, lawns and beautiful, established trees line the quiet streets. All utility lines are buried, allowing lovely oaks to grow tall and full. A professional landscape company maintains this common area. Tennis courts and swimming pool where residents can entertain guests, are also professionally maintained. All but one of the Windemere streets are gated, allowing for pedestrians and their pets to enjoy a safe stroll.
