Windemere HOA Governance
The Windemere Homeowners Association is governed by The Windemere Master Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions. An elected board of trustees manages Windemere.
An Architectural Review Board, comprised of three homeowners, is charged with regulating the external appearance of the homes as to preserve and enhance values, and to maintain a harmonious relationship between structures and the vegetation and topography.
The Annual Meeting of the Windemere Homeowners Association is held each year on the fourth Monday of September. Board members are elected in staggered terms at the Annual Meeting by members in good standing with the Association in person or by proxy. The budget for the coming year is presented at the Annual Meeting. Issues of concern may also be discussed.
